Individual Coaching Programs

An Individual Coaching Program provides a structured environment with a qualified coach, bringing skills to each session that create accountability and self awareness in the individual to come to their own solutions and answers around their identified development areas.
Engaging an external coach gives the individual the freedom to identify ineffective work habits and supports a more strategic and focussed approach to managing their role and their team ,clients and peers.
Coaching is about sustainable change, our programs are offered over 3,6 and 12 month periods to support and challenge the individual to not only achieve their goals but have the capacity to maintain their learning and arrive at an unconsiously competent level with new habits and behaviours.
The coach faciitates the process and brings highly effective coaching communcation skills to each session ,making coaching a rewarding and empowering method to increase performance and continue positive growth in their devleopment, both on a personal and professional level.

Performance Management Coaching
Working with your HR Managers and direct line managers, within the bounds of the apprasial system, we support staff being performance managed by providing a judgement and agenda free environment to be honest and open. We create self awareness, reflection,accountability and action orientated processes to empower staff to identify and take ownership of their desired outcomes. Coaching is very much forward focussed, facilitating the individual
to be proactive and solutions focussed.
HOW IT WORKS:

360 Degree Feedback Delivery

HSC Student Coaching
The program is designed by a qualified professional coach to provide a safe environment for honesty, accountabilitY, ownership and focus.
Our program structures and process creates self awareness and is action orientated, empowering the student to self direct their goals and actions.
Coaching provides an agenda free and non judgemental environment with complete confidentiality to support and challenge the student to achieve their desired outcomes and goals.
HSC Coaching provides an environment to:
- Explore obstacles and external influences that get in the way of their goal achievement.

- Investigate impacts and consequences of their actions
