I undertook coaching as part of the leadership program at North Coast TAFE. Sue’s natural ability to guide me safely through my own thought processes enabled my progress. She provided me with tools to assist and the ability to logically think through complexities which have previously only clouded my mind. I am now also a far better authentic communicator as a result of working with Sue through the coaching sessions. I believe I have achieved success by focusing on my goals and working diligently on them with great effort, accepting accountability and constant self-awareness. This is such a rewarding program.
